As a junior recruitment consultant within the AHP Allied Health Aged Care team, I work alongside my team across Australia, specialising in the nationwide recruitment of esteemed allied health clinicians, including physiotherapists and occupational therapists.
Drawing on my specialisation in human resources at university, I've gained a profound understanding of the pivotal role that recruiting seasoned professionals plays in providing optimal support to our residents. Throughout my career and previous 360 recruitment experience, I have obtained great insight into the industry and skills to recruit long-term quality placements, which meets the candidates career aspirations, and the clients’ needs.
Outside of work, I find joy in spending quality time with friends and family. Additionally, I have a passion for baking, with a particular fondness for crafting the perfect sticky date pudding.
